I found the place to be nice, but it's more of a fake facade. They make it look nice. The hallways are hotter than ayoda. The rooms don't get cool enough, but they tried to make it look elegant and don't fix the issues.

The property itself was nice and staff was nice. The room is where the problems started. Housekeeping didn’t rinse all the cleaning chemical out of the tub so when I took a shower i almost fell. The remote to the tv and the air conditioner had sticky stuff on them. There was a loud banging noise from either the mini fridge our something in the walls that would rattle with a loud banging sound about every 30 minutes and wake you up. I didn’t receive my requested 3am wake up call.

My stay at the Wyndam has always been pleasant. However Kathleen for desk person maybe me feel extremely uncomfortable. Due to her profiling me at the front desk when I ask for additional water bottles for my room. Kathleen was extremely rude when I ask for water bottles. "she stated are you staying at this hotel" I was shocked and appalled

When I first walked into the Wyndham to check In, I was greeted by the most professional, and politest gentleman. The place was emasculate!!! I love the amenities, the staff, the place was clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and all the shopping malls are near by. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and again, the staff where SUPER FRIENDLY< SUPPORTIVE< AND HELPFUL! I am looking forward to my next trip in Dallas Texas, and I will diffidently be staying again. My mom and I enjoyed our stay in the property. It is beautiful. I loved the inside pool and jacuzzi. But most importantly was the hospitality and amazing service we received while eating breakfast from Ms. Cruz. She did more than expected to help my mom feel comfortable and at easy. She was friendly, attentive, and compassionate.
