Smelled like stale cigarettes. Chair had huge stain on it. Toilet wouldn't flush. Walls in poor shape and mattress was not comfortable. We only had three pillows the size of throw pillows. Reservation was for a room with couch bed and didn't get the room re reserved.

My stay was a complete waste of gime and money. Me and my girlfriend came to get awsy and focus on each other and all night long we could hear people cussing and rappping outside our window and even caught two people staring threw our window cause our blinds wouldnt shut all the way, real romantic and extremely embarassing having complete strangers see you naked. My girlfriend took it out on me and blamed me....i want a refund for at least one night for the free peepshow

1st room had roaches - including one on bath tub, stained towels and no door latch for top of door. 2nd room had bugs, a lot of patchwork on walls etc, some trash left from previous customers, holes in carpet. I think the elevator was past due service date. I’ve requested a full refund. Description did not match pictures on like and room conditions were unfit for most people

We had two rooms for two nights and we didn’t stay for the second night. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms, were not clean. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms and there were bugs in both bathrooms. I will be contacting Expedia for a refund for my second night.

The pictures shown for the rooms are not accurate. This place isn’t cleanly, furniture was in bad shape; the sofa bed had torn pillows. There are no comforters on the bedding…just sheets. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. Only one elevator worked.

Staff was helpful when asked but hotel overall is a rundown. Poor conditions, mold on the shower curtains, dirty shower, pests of all kinds. Linens, towels and walls stained. No tissues, limited toiletries. Desk chair ripped up.
