This is absolutely the worst property I have ever stayed in; dirty; no blankets; noisy and no parking. The rate for the evening in the mess was astronomical. I will never stay at a DAYS property again. I’d really like a refund for this horrible stay.

No hair dryer. No kleenex. No coffee maker in room. Rickety shower that was difficult to pull up the lever that switches running tub water to shower. Older hotel that you can tell has had no updates forever. Grouting, baseboard look like they need redone. Shabby looking walls and hotel in general

Missing basic amenities

Advertised breakfast, but there was none. Coffee in the room, but no cups. No shampoo nor soap of any kind.

Disappointed Travelers

The hotel is downtown by the courthouse and has a lot of parking. The rooms have no microwave or refrigerator and the ac in the room barely gets cool (room 602) It was very quiet and no sirens or noise. The beds have a sheet and a thin bed spread while not enough pillows on the beds. The bed was hard and lumpy. We did not sleep well at all. The towels and wash cloths were dingy. The pool was also closed although advertised to be open. I would not stay here again.

Housekeeping entered room without knocking. Also ignored the do not disturb hanger on the door. One of staff tries grooming my daughter. He would wait until I walked out of my room to pretend he was housekeeping. He let himself in with a key and rubbed through her hair numerous times on different days. When I told the other staff they asked me to leave their hotel.

Major renovations needed

This hotel needs a major cleaning and refurbish. One of the elevators had been shut down since August of 2024, the pool was closed, the carpets were dirty, the blankets were old and worn. There were stains and peeling paint everywhere, bulging paint and spackling from water leaks, rusted fixtures... Sinks backed up..I won't stay here again.

Horrible unclean hotel!!!

The only things needed in hotel: safety, bed, shower!!!! Hole in door to adjoining room covered over by hotel with paper Hole in bathroom ceiling, dirty toilet, ac didn’t work, shower didn’t work, no pool as advertised, elevator didn’t work, no blankets just sheet, something bit my face Ken stated the hotel Not responsible for cleanliness or if things are working or not because we “booked through a third party”. He stayed hotels.com needs to be the ones to refund our money.

Staff is the nicest. Can’t complain on them a bit. The building is old. One elevator doesn’t work. And the other that does, has an EXPIRED inspection certificate of operation. The breakfast is just waffles, syrup and coffee. Pool is closed STILL. Nothing more nothing less. But for the price. Id stay again any day.
