The hotel was great! Very clean, beds were very comfortable, but the staff member was very rude. We did not get to the hotel until after midnight, and the staff member was outside smoking when we walked up to the front doors he asked if we had a reservation in a very rude tone, and then when we said yes we do, he acted annoyed that he had to come do his job. Once we were at the front desk he didnt ask my name or anything just stood there in silence for a good 2-3 minutes, finally i just hand over my drivers license and then my husband was going to pay for the room with a different credit card and the staff member says "no the card has to be in her name since she booked the room" we travel alot and have never had any issues with this before. I pay for our room and he hands over the room keys doesnt say thank you or anything. Ive never had a hotel staff be so annoyed and or treat a customer so poorly before. The hotel was great just poor customer service.

Was just looking for a nice place to rest after a long day behind the wheel and this hotel was fine. Nothing special but room was fine, bed comfortable and the morning breakfast was adequate. Noise level wasn't bad except for person above me and then early risers 5-5:30am were a bit loud in the hallways and outside in the parking lot. But those things can happen. Do want to add the ladies at the desk for both check in and check out were very pleasant and helpful.

The living area was nice and spacious, bed and couch comfortable. There was a weird smell and the bathroom was congested. Right off the highway but didn’t hear the traffic. Breakfast was basic eggs and sausage with cereal and a few other items. Not a bad hotel but can use some improvements

Check in was smooth, our group was 3 couples in 3 separate rooms, side by side. Each room had its own unique odor, musty, mildew, overall disgusting. Beds were nice and comfortable, the hallway smelled horrible also. Definitely not much in the way of dining close by. Parking lot is NOT trailer friendly, we were there to ride at the Badlands Park, and were told to leave our trailers on the road, of which I refused. I parked in the grass next to a retention pond. Overall it was an OK experience but definitely sub par.

The hotel was very dated and needs to be upgraded. The pool was empty and the area around the pool had stacked up of furniture all around it. The room was not very clean and the king size bed had 2 small pillows.

Got a great last minute deal with hot breakfast included. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the room soon cooled down where I like it. Would stay again on the long road to see family. Thanks!
