Bed Bugs and thin walls

The room has bed bugs. After 1 overnight stay, I came home with an itch bed bug bite. Recognizing what it is, I spent all day on deep cleaning and washing all my clothing that may came in contact with the bugs. Exhausted and feaked out about the possibility of bringing home the bugs. I will not stay there again. The walls were also much too thin. Upon checking into the room and unpacked, my daughter and I started to hearing continuous loud moaning and more sounnds from next door. We thought they would stop soon enough. No, it went on for 2+ hours. It was aweful!

I chose to stay here after a previous stay with an excellent experience one year ago following what I had been told was a recent remodel. Appears that this hotel may have some extended stay guests. It is also a pet friendly hotel and there are a few large dogs that are frequently in the hallways. It would help if the hotel would encourage smoking in an area away from the main entrance. Both nites I entered the hotel, the smell of smoke was prevalent. The breakfast has been reduced greatly in options which I am guessing is based on what has been based on popularity but was fresh and clean. The larger towels in my room were in need of replacement and the carpet did not appear to be clean. Each of the staff members that I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. This is still the BEST bang for your buck and with a few tweaks/refreshers could be a hidden gem in the area.

The room was very neat. The location was great. Most of the staff were nice with exception of the morning staff complaining of management while setting behind the counter eating her breakfast. Over all nice clean safe environment.

The overall stay was decent My only recommendation is if you're the kind of person who gets cold very easily especially during the winter night, bring an extra blanket. The comforters were thinner than I would have desired. Otherwise good.

Best deal in town!

My furnace went out due to flooding, so I booked a room for two days for my little dog and me only 10 miles from home. What a surprise. Pet friendly and free hot breakfast. Very nice room with a comfy bed, TV, fridge, and microwave. All for the best price in town. Honestly I hated to go home after my furnace was up and running again.

It was clean but typical motel breakfast, the sausage & eggs were all empty & we had to ask for more scrambled eggs & there was no more sausage. The room was clean & the location was convenient. Would probably stay there again because of good value for the money.

I thought it was very sweet that the housekeeper left us a personal note in our room. It was very clean, quiet & everyone was super nice & helpful. Definitely worth the money.

Policy said check-in at 2 and I had stayed there a week before and I checked in at 2 pm. I went to check in on my next visit and the attendant said check-in was at 3 because she had no clean rooms. Unprofessional attendant this time.

You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. Many of the vending machines did not work. Had to ask for toilet paper as soon as we arrived. There was bag of “frozen” chicken left in the refrigerator.

The last night of my stay, January 27, a loud fight broke out in the room next to mine. It sounded like a woman was in considerable distress when a shouting man yelled " JUST SHUT UP" I picked up the phone in the room to call the desk only to discover it was not connected. I hoped the violence next to me would settle down knowing I would eventually need to go downstairs to alert motel staff. But the melee quieted suddenly as I figured the warring parties had left the motel. More than anything I didn't want the people involved in this thing to be able to identify me as the snitch as I was from out of state and traveling in a rented car. Scary business but ended well enough.

Excellent for the price

The Hotels.com score helped. It was very nice for the price. Yes, I checked the mattresses - Clean. No USB hook ups in room. Side door did not properly close to latch.

Basic and noisy

Lots of noise in hotel, rooms thin. Toilet dripped all night. No fridge or coffee maker, when I asked I was told sometimes they replace them and sometimes not. Vending machines broken.

Noisy, not good lighting outside, not enough food at breakfast, front receptionist not very friendly, bathroom in terrible condition, toilet paper holder held on with tape, no towel holder in the bathroom they are just laying on the counter, beds were hard as a rock and had plastic bed protectors that made sound every time you move
