It’s designed with the charm and comfort of an American dream home. Indulge in comfort at our elegant 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood of Davao City. Our property also offers a serene outdoor space complete with seating and a grill— perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment, Sta. Lucia Mall is just a 1–2 minute drive away, and Davao Airport is easily accessible just across the main road.
