The staff was unpleasant and close to rude to some customers. When a few customers asked for more towels they were told they were out despite the hotel being nearly empty. There was an open sanitary pad found floating in the pool. We were told hey had no more blankets or extra pillows. The staff on duty appeared to have no clue as to what is going on or how to handle simple requests such as the described towels, blankets, or pillows.

I would stay again

Our check in was quick and easy. Only problem was people in other rooms was very loud.

For the price of the room, I wasnt surprised by the condition of it. Our shower had hair on the walls. There were only 2 bath towels in the room. The comforters are white, which were pretty, but they had stains on them. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and nice.

The bathroom was dirty, my wife had to wipe down the toilet before she could pee. There was pubic hair in the shower, hair in the sink, the mirrors were filthy. I went and got cleaning supplies to wipe things down.

The stay was ok. My room was clean. The issue I am having was being charged extra for a room. They double charged me for a room, and still fighting to get refund. Will never visit again.

Was dirty right by the doors. Cigarette butts and dog poop were right in the doorway. The outside door slammed shut very loudly.
