Room was kind of fine. Self check in means you don't really speak to a person which I don't love. My shower head had a consistent drip all night despite me not turning it on. The bathroom could have been cleaner as there was still toothpaste splatter up the wall. The room was noisy once people were up and about, could hear doors banging from about 5.30. Also had workmen almost directly outside my room so couldn't open the blinds whilst I was getting ready and the lighting in the room was poor without the blinds open.

My brand new shirt that I was ironing to wear for a funeral was damaged due to a damaged ironing board. I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. The ironing board was replaced with a new one, unfortunately of no use to me as my shirt was already damaged. No feedback from the hotel, asked Claire on reception about it two days later, she advised me that she would check with the manager who was on site that day. Still awaiting a response from anybody at the hotel.
