"We actually didn’t stay the night because there was a power outage in the area. We had a very early start the next morning and didn’t want to do that in the dark, plus the AC wasn’t working as a result of the outage. The manager gladly refunded our payment, as we booked a hotel 45 minutes toward home. She wasn’t required to refund payment. We will be back!"

"Clean, large room and spacious bathroom with high ceilings. AC unit in window worked well but was a little noisy for sleeping. Could have used a second chair in the room and a refrigerator. We were very happy with the accommodations and easy parking. Central location in town, but still quiet. One big disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. The description for the hotel did not mention this. No restaurants were open for breakfast Sunday through Tuesday and there were very limited options for other meals for the four days we were in Seneca Falls. It was a problem. Staff was very responsive and friendly."
