So much to love. Phil was the best host ever. Tasteful decor in the room, and eco-friendly amenities in the bathroom. Delicious, real food for breakfast. And it even has goats! We've been coming to the Cape forever and this was the best place we've ever stayed.
Hope to be back soon.

Very clean, cute room over looking the pool in the front and the goats in the back. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but really liked the room and the fact you couldn't hear your neighbors. They have lawn games, a fire pit, and a community grill. Very nice grounds with flower gardens.
Close to beaches and restaurants.
