The food was average. My nasi goreng looked like the chicken leg was 5 days old, the pancakes and waffles were cold, no almond milk for lattes, the chicken burger was tasteless and the veggie sandwich and wraps the same.
No pool bar but I understand they have to fix some time.
Room was very comfortable and cold, bed great, pillows too high.
Twice I had to ask for toilet paper, towels etc
Good location but won’t recommend.
Been to Bali 15 times

Well-located resort in the heart of Sanur with a lovely big pool. Rooms are a little ‘tired’, but clean with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, good aircon and decent-sized bathrooms with shower and bath. The highlight was the staff, who were absolutely amazing - consistently courteous, friendly and helpful. They were only too happy to organise a birthday cake for my son, which he was thrilled with. Special mention must go to Lintang, who was so welcoming and made an effort to connect with my teenage sons, which they really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Thank you for your fantastic hospitality!

Like the property. Swimming pool.
Room clean and speacy. Shower leaking all over bathroom floor. Not enough toilet paper.

Face towels please. A misleading sign for fresh coffee was the same brewed from a machine, you will be charged. Not locking or entering room without approval is an issue. Dated hotel. Great pool area, happy hour specials and well priced food, buffet in the AM is awesome. Walk out of the hotel and you are on the main strip in 1 minute. Walk to the beach in three minutes directly across from hotel. If it is your first time this is a good base. Would stay again.
