The host was very kind and empathetic. The apartment was spotless and the beds were VERY comfortable with wonderful linens. It was a quiet and nice place to retreat after spending the days with extended family for the holidays. Very easy and responsive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awesome stay in Aurora! Full kitchen a whole apartment to yourself. Extremely comfortable modern amenities, and a safe parking space. Absolutely would recommend and I hope to visit again.

Visit to welcome grandbaby

Comfy bed, nice towels, nice refrigerator with water and ice in door, had small stock of k-cups for morning coffee. It was as described. It's a very nice, spacious basement apt. They live upstairs so realize you will hear their walking and living upstairs.

Misleading Listing

This was my first experience using Vrbo and it left me far from impressed. I booked what was advertised as a 2 bedroom home that was family-friendly. We arrived to discover we were in someone’s basement. Along with discovering many aspects that if I had been traveling with my children I would have left immediately. There was a stairwell leading to the upstairs without any door at the bottom and the utility rooms were left unlocked.The home owner’s schedule was very different than mine too. There were loud voices and stomping until 1am on a night I had to wake at 5a for my work. The next morning there was loud voices and stomping at 4:45a when I was able to rest. I did not sleep more than 2hrs straight my entire stay because of voices & stomping above my bedroom. One night while in the shower there was screaming coming from above the shower. This was terrifying especially knowing there was an open stairwell right by the bathroom. I arrived home my 3rd evening after being at my work conference for 12.5hours to discover my stuff had been very obviously gone through & moved with vital medications missing. I felt watched, listened to and unsafe my entire stay. The linens were clean & amenities provided

VERY NICE LOCATION. GREAT AREA TO WALK OUR PET. BASEMENT LOCATION, EASY ACCESS. OWNER MAY WANT TO BLOCK STAIRS THAT GO UP INTO THEIR HOME. I WAS CONCERNED MY PET MAY GO UPSTAIRS AND BARK WHEN HE HEARD A NOISE. OVERALL WE ARE VERY HAPPY WE STAYED.

Excellent Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice neighborhood. Pre-arrival communication was excellent. Check-in and arrival went smoothly. This two bedroom basement apartment was nicely furnished and snacks in the kitchen were a pleasant touch. The temperature was too cold for us but when we asked to have it adjusted it was done promptly. Two minor suggestions. There are no table knives in the kitchen and the bathroom could use another towel rack. Other than those two things this is a very nice place to stay if you are visiting the Denver area and want to stay away from downtown.

Nice space with everything you need

Very nicely appointed property in a good, quiet neighborhood. It is in an area with new development that means not many businesses very closeby, but I'm sure this won't be the case for long because the houses are desirable. The property owner was responsive and quick to meet any asks.
