Nice bakery and coffee right down the street, Meow Wolf exhibit also close by. Parking is $45 per day additional, no safe alternatives to that, so basically mandatory for girls on a road trip. The food at the restaurant is terrible and overpriced — like paying $15 for airplane food. Staff is very friendly. Bed is comfy. Room facing Fed Ave means loud drag racing type noise every night. Not peaceful — and we weren’t even there during football season.

The property allows you to prepay for breakfast but its not the normal Marriot buffet its just cheap little breakfast sandwiches. DO NOT prepay the breakfast just decide when you are there. Also the roof bar seemed to always be closed even at normal earlier times, seemingly because the staff just didnt want to be up there.

This hotel was terribly understaffed for opening football weekend. We waited 45 minutes to check in and then our room was not cleaned. The food was beyond disgusting and the waiter was welling with the kitchen staff. Out toilet was not set properly and wobbled every time you sat down. However thewoman bar tender in the evenings was amazing.
