We booked 2 rooms together at the same time under the same resv number a week ahead of time and requested to be adjoining or next to ea other and we were put on separate floors. This was very inconvenient. I could see if we booked the 2 rooms individually but when they were booked together and at the very least we could of been on the same floor. We asked to be moved closer but was told that was all they had left? The hotel is in a good location downtown however so that worked out well.

Great location clean room great staff and service, they were even able to accommodate some last minute changes. Good security at night and in the day as elevators require key and main doors require key after a certain hour. Will stay here again. Easy to access off the free 16th st bus, which makes travel around town really easy.
