The balcony is a genuine surprise -- more spacious than it looks in photos, a true outdoor living extension for summer evenings in LoHi. Inside, local Denver artwork adds character throughout the loft, and the layout is genuinely spacious -- larger in person than photos suggest.

THE SPACE:
King bed in the primary bedroom. Queen bed in the second bedroom. Twin rollaway beds available upon request for 6 total. Balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, two full bathrooms. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi. LEED Platinum certified building.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:

This unit is clean and close to so many great places and a good size BUT I will not stay here again because of the noise. Super loud if you’re facing Zuni St or the side street and the unit above us was exceptionally loud. There was constant Pounding on the floors all throughout the day and night. Our last night here afforded us little sleep. The pounding and stomping lasted until 2am when they finally stopped. There must be little to no insulation between floors.

The place was very clean and we feel no one has ever lived there in a permanent sense. It was in a convenient location. The experience was great overall, with just one complaint: The couch in the living are was pretty uncomfortable, as nice as it looks.

We stayed at this property for a short visit to Denver. The condo was clean with very comfortable beds. Check in was contactless which can make me nervous in case there is a problem but there was no problem. Location was close to my daughter so that was fine. Contact with the host was easy and my request was fulfilled. Great place.
