From the kitchen, you'll walk out to the backyard into the abundant Colorado sunshine, where you'll find dining and lounge spaces to relax in the outdoors. The deck is furnished with a grill and another large dining table to enjoy meals outdoors. Walk down the deck steps to the patio furnished with sofas, a fire pit, hot tub, and custom Denver cornhole boards for your evening enjoyment.

Literally steps outside of the garage, you have access to the Platte River Trail for easy biking or walking to Downtown Coors Field, Union Station, Commons Park, Confluence Park, 16th Street Mall, and so much more.

Up the modern Scandinavian-style steps inside, you'll be greeted with 25 foot vaulted ceilings on the way to the two primary suites. The suites are elegantly appointed, featuring spacious closets and premium bedding and mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each primary suite has a private en suite bathroom with luxe towels and robes, a king bed, and sitting area. One of the primary suites boasts a private balcony with European-style bistro seating to enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, or an afternoon aperitif. This suite also features a free-standing soaking tub in the en suite bathroom for enjoying after a long day of exploring all of Colorado's beauty.

Downstairs, is a movie theater room equipped with a 75" flat-screen Smart TV, Roku, surround sound, and a pit sectional for movie nights in, as well as a Wii and PlayStation 4, shuffleboard/mini bowling table, games, playing cards, and puzzles.

Off of the movie theater room, you'll find a quaint sauna room where you can indulge in relaxation in the two person cedar infrared sauna equipped with Bluetooth speakers. Whether you're looking to detoxify, destress, or simply pamper yourself, the sauna room is a sweet little bonus treat.

The third bedroom "bunkroom" is a stroll down the hall off of the movie theater and sauna room, and is furnished with a queen over queen bunk bed and an additional single queen bed, sleeping up to six comfortably. The room is styled with modern furnishings and a mountain feature wall.

The basement includes the third full bathroom equipped with modern stand-up shower. The main level offers an additional half bath, for a total of 3 full and 1 half bathrooms.

For your convenience, the property also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. We want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

For security, we have one security camera at the front door (doorbell), one at the garage that views the backyard, gates and backdoor (hot tub is within the coverage area of the device), and one at the alley (garage door key pad). All record exterior-only audio and video, and are monitored.

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. Family of 5 and plenty of space to enjoy downtime. We loved the hot tub and family games in downstairs area. We cooked in the beautiful kitchen and had everything needed. We went to a Rockies game and we were 5 min away using Lyft. Check in and out was a breeze. Owners extremely responsive. Easy access to downtown Denver and is exactly as described in listing. Great for entertaining with children and minutes away from Ball Arena, Coors Field, or Mile High. Highly suggest.

Great Stay

Everything was great and as advertised. The mattresses and pillows were excellent which I really appreciated. It was also nice that the hot tub was heated when we arrived (annoyingly most places I’ve rented haven’t done this) Highly recommend and thank you!
