Unique townhome in Denver's best location with rooftop hot tub

Welcome to LoHi's most prominent townhome, The Point! Located in the absolute center of Denver's most vibrant neighborhood for restaurants, activities, bars, breweries and nightlife. Not to mention only a half mile walk to Downtown, Coors field and Union Station. You simply could not ask for a better location. The Point was designed by one of Denver's premier architects and is a very unique triangle shape with floor to ceiling windows and unobstructed views to the east. The interior space has been professionally designed with a mid-century modern flare that is visually appealing with a focus on entertaining you and your guests comfortably. 

The Point has two bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath on main entertaining level. It also has a third convertible bedroom at the entry level. The master bedroom has a queen high end "Purple" memory foam mattress and a full private bathroom. The second bedroom boasts fantastic easterly views of the city and sunrise. The room is equipped with a king size bed with an Amerisleep memory foam mattress. Guests in this bedroom would use the full bathroom with tub on the 3rd floor. If you require additional sleeping arrangements, we can easily convert the lower level sitting room into an additional third bedroom complete with a queen memory foam mattress. Although its technically not a bedroom, it is on it's own level and therefore private and comfortable. 

We supply plenty of towels, toiletries, blow dryer, iron, washer and dryer. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to cook or prepare meals during your stay. The Point invites you to enjoy your own private rooftop deck complete with a three person hot tub, wet bar, fridge, grill and fire pit. The deck overlooks the city and faces directly on to Denver's two hottest restaurant and nightlife bars "Happy Camper" and "Avanti." You literally could not get any closer to the action.

You'll have access to 2000Mb/s fast internet and for your viewing pleasure enjoy over 120 channels on a 65 inch 4K Samsung smart TV complete Netflix and other apps for on demand movies. 

Due to this home's central location, parking is often hard to come by. Don't worry though, you will have access to 2 parking spaces when you book with us! The Point has an electronic lock and keypad which controls access to the front door of the house. Each guest is provided with their own unique door code which will work during the duration of their stay. After booking, you will be given a code to access the house 5 days before your stay. This way you will be able to let yourself in and out as needed.

This home couldn't have worked out better for us. Todd is a very generous host with great communication. The location of the house was so close to everything we had planned. The host was great. The location was awesome. We walked to Ball Arena and it was a very pedestrian friendly route. The neighborhood was really safe with great food options nearby. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of access to downtown amenities.

Very fun location. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to a lot what the area has to offer. I wish there was a rating from 1 to 10, as i would give this property a 9 out of 10 vs 4 out of 5. Great proximity, (walking scooting, etc. to LoHi events restaurants etc., and downtown proper.) Parking at the property is challenging for a two vehicle situation, but can be done, as the driveway proper has a steep to very steep grade, nothing that the owner can do about that. The property is close to a venue(s) that play music audibly well into the the early morning, again a point of interest vs a criticism.

We had a great time overall. The place was clean and well equipped. It was in a great location, although quite loud late at night due to the happy camper across the street. Great place in a convenient location

Really clean and nice spot in a up and coming area. We were there to watch some baseball and it was an easy walk to Coors Field. Everything in the unit was clean and worked perfectly. The property manager was very easy to deal with. Also some great restaurants right in the neighborhood.

We were in town for a few days from Oklahoma to watch the Rockies/Dodgers play. The location was perfect for walking distance to the ball park and several unique restaurants!! Cool property in a fab location

Really uniquely designed and furnished property. Loved the rooftop deck and lounge area on main floor. Plenty of space to spread out with our group of four. Kitchen was well stocked wirh anything you could possibly need. Owner provided super helpful info; check-in and check-out were seamless. Location could not be beat. Avanti Food Hall was so convenient and fun for casual dinner and drinks, located just across the street. Tons of other bars and restaurants within walking distance. Love the LoHi neighborhood. Highly recommend this property!

Great stay

Bi-annual gathering of some east and west coast friends and had a great time at this location. The neighborhood and easy walking access to the city along with short rides to hikes in Red Rocks, Boulder, and Golden made the trip all the better.
