there were empty muffin papers & snack empty wrappers when we got to our room. Was cleaned up fast after we called. also someone left their glasses in the room & a power cord

Very little breakfast food was provided for guests. Three yogurts (total) were available for all the guests staying in the hotel and cereal. Food was gone by 8:30 though we were told breakfast was available until 10am. Apparently it was first come, first serve. There were no gluten free or dairy free options such as eggs, sausage, fruit, or potatoes despite my request the night before. We arrived and checked in at 11pm and someone from house cleaning woke us up at 9am, knocking on the door to see if we were gone. Check out was at 11am. Sleep and breakfast were are 2 goals and both proved disappointing.

Room was cold when we showed up. Turned heat on and since it was taking a bit to heat up; went out eat. Turned it up a little more, upon retuning it was like a hot box. Couldn’t sleep very well as it was harder to cool down without opening windows and sweat the whole night and unable to sleep.

Given a smoking room when a non smoking room was booked. Asked the front desk to switch to a non smoking room and was told there were none available.
