The apartment, located on the second floor of a building served by an elevator, welcomes guests with the living room consisting of a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee maker and washing machine with dryer. The living room leads to the balcony, fitted with a table and chairs perfect for outdoor meals. The house, equipped with air conditioning in the hallway, continues with the two bedrooms: the first furnished with a queen-size bed and closet, and the second one with a comfortable double sofa bed, closet, TV, desk, and French window overlooking the apartment's balcony. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.

In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

Interessante Wohnung in Randlage

Befriedigend. Die Stühle am Esstisch waren unbequem, instabil und knackten bei jeder Bewegung. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren schwer und unbequem. Die Polster der Loungesessel auf der Terrasse hatten Stockflecken und luden nicht zum Sitzen ein. Vor dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer fehlte ein Beistelltisch bzw. eine Ablagemögichkeit für Tassen, Bücher etc. Großes Manko war die Ausstattung mit Töpfen: lediglich 1 größerer Topf ohne Deckel und 1 kleiner Milchtopf der allerdings nicht induktionsgeeignet war. Vorteilhaft war der großzügig vorhandene Parkraum. Negativ allerdings, dass für Fahrräder kein Abstellraum zur Verfügung stand. Positiv: großer Supermarkt im Nachbargebäude.

Urlaub am Gardasee Süd

Die Unterkunft war super, es war alles sauber und wie im Inserat versprochen. Lediglich die Klimaanlage ist vielleicht ungünstig platziert. Aber mit den vorhandenen Ventilatoren ging es auch gut zu Lüften. Der Check in lief Problemlos. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Solide Wohnung - würde wieder buchen

Die Wohnung müsste mal ordentlich gesaugt werden, teilweise Haare und Staub der Vormieter. Ansonsten sauber. Alles was man braucht, außer Töpfe, es gab einen großen. Lage ist ok, Supermarkt direkt daneben. Restaurants mindestens 5 Autominuten weg. Würde es wieder buchen.
