The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests onto a bright living room that features a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, including an oven, toaster, microwave and American coffee maker. From here, guests can access the private garden full of greenery, equipped with a porch with a dining table, perfect for enjoying great outdoor meals on summer days. The apartment continues with the sleeping area, which consists of a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests will have amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, independent heating for colder days, and free wi-fi.
*The apartment is equipped with an external camera which, however, is turned off and does not make any recordings during the stay.
Guests will benefit from a covered parking slot inside the property.
*Guests can easily park their car in the private garage within the complex. The apartment can only be reached on foot.
