Sunseeker - 80 sqm dream terrace

Sunseeker, sun seeker, is an elegant apartment located in the center of Desenzano del Garda. It enjoys a privileged position being 200 meters from the historic center and the lake promenade. Near the main beach, in an area full of shops, bars and restaurants, the apartment is very spacious, bright and recently renovated. All rooms overlook the 80 sqm terrace equipped for lunch / dinner and to relax comfortably in the sun. Sunseeker has a large kitchen, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms and a lounge (with a sofa bed on request). In the kitchen you will find all the utensils for cooking, dishwasher, kettle, a large fridge with freezer, toaster, a small oven and a coffee machine. In addition to oil, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee. The room is equipped with a stereo with a bluetooth connection to listen to music directly from your phone, i-pad or computer and a plasma TV with DVD. You will also have a dedicated wireless line. In the two bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a bathtub you will find a welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel, cap and soap. The rooms are cozy and bright, equipped with wardrobes and hangers. Inside the apartment you will find two books: one with useful and emergency numbers, the other with indications of our personal conception about restaurants, lounge bars, cafes, discos and places of cultural and non-cultural interest. Sunseeker was designed and built by the owners Marvin and Marta. Born from the passion for art, design, joy and attention to detail. All this makes this house unique in its kind. the apartment has an elevator, video intercom and a parking space in the courtyard of the property. Marta and Marvin will be at your disposal to make your stay more pleasant and to solve any problems. Are you looking for the sun together with us? We are waiting for you :)

TrĂšs bel appartement de grand confort.

Situé au calme à 5 mn à pied du lac de Garde, l'appartement dispose d'une vaste terrasse pour les repas et la détente. L'intérieur est soigné jusque dans le moindre détail. La décoration est remarquable. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à Marvin et Marta pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Only a few minutes walk away from the shore of the lake, Sunseeker is a beautiful apartment that lived up entirely to expectation. The terrace gets the sun all day but there is an awning as well if shade is needed. Marta and Marvin were excellent hosts and provided a lot of information. Overall we could not have asked for more

My first impression was a little shock in front of the house
 but the flat inside was really beautiful, big (with large terrasse) and quiet nevertheless citycenter and lakeside are only 3 minutes by feet away. The flat has everything you need and the owners are really kindly.

Wonderful stay

Comfortable Apartment with spacious outdoor living space

Martin & Marta's apartment is located within easy walking distance of central Desenzano. Free off-street parking behind the building was an added bonus. Communication was very quick and efficient. The owners live in the building and were available for check-in which made the process very easy. The apartment has an unusual floorplan due to the shape of the building. The 2 bedrooms are separated by a bathroom and the second bathroom is located down a hallway. This was not a problem for us, but we shared the apartment with another couple so not as convenient for one couple. We visited during August when it was quite warm. There are AC units in both bedrooms which made sleeping very comfortable. We cooked one night and the kitchen gets fairly warm during hot weather. A very nice feature of the property is the sunny large outdoor space that is landscaped with artificial turf, potted plants, chairs and a table - a perfect place for morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks. The space does not offer direct views of the lake but is open and private. The apartment was very quiet and we did not see any other people during our stay. I met Marta, and she is very warm and caring. You can tell the apartment is lovingly cared for and is a great value. Highly recommended!

Cosy and convenient

Our host, Marta, was so friendly and helpful. The apartment had all we needed including a big outside area. We had private parking and the lakefront was only 5 minutes away. Desenzano is a lively place with historic places to visit, loads of bars and restaurants and some beaches nearby. A lovely holiday location.

Marvin and Martha were both wonderful and welcoming! It was easy to communicate with them and the apartment was exactly as described. We were only there for two nights, but plan to come back as we loved the town and the apartment. It is huge and that’s patio is spectacular. Thank you Martha for your kindness and warmth!

Wunderschönes Appartement mit bester Lage und tollem Ausblick

Die Kommunikation mit Marvin und Marta war vor und wĂ€hrend der Mietzeit hervorragend. Uns erwartete ein top gepflegtes und sauberes Appartement mit moderner und optisch sehr ansprechender Einrichtung. Die eigene Dachterasse mit diversen Liege- und Erholungsnöglichkeiten bietet den gesamten Tag Sonnen- als auch SchatzenplĂ€tze zum entspannen ein. Mit Blick auf den Gardasee lĂ€sst sich jeder Tag gemĂŒtlich beginnen und enden. Die Lage ist verkehrsgĂŒnstig (Straße, Autobahn, Bahnhof) und ruhig (!!!) gelegen. Den Ortskern sowie das Ufer des See‘s erreicht man fusslĂ€ufig in wenigen Gehminuten. Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur klasse und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder! Danke an Marvin und Marta fĂŒr den tollen Urlaub

Fantastisk opphold i Desenzano

Martha og Marvin er de beste vertene, man kan tenke seg. De er veldig opptatt av at gjestene skal ha det fint. Leiligheten er helt topp, smakfullt innredet. Terrassen er kjempestor og fin. Kan virkelig anbefale leiligheten. Stille og rolig beliggenhet.

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung mit super schöner Dachterasse. Marvin ist ein zuvorkommender, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Un posto meraviglioso!

Che dire! Un appartamento enorme, con tutti i confort, PULITISSIMO, arredato con gusto:aggiungeteci dei proprietari oltremodo gentili e premurosi, ed il gioco Ăš fatto, non rimarrete delusi. Inoltre da Sunseeker potrete spostarvi a piedi ed essere in centro a Desenzano in 2 minuti! Fatevi consigliare da Marta per i locali in zona, non sbaglierete!
