The hotel is clean and nice but the area is unsafe the night we were there three cars were broke in for rubbery.thank God they didn’t touch our car.

My car was broken into, steering column damaged. Not driveable. Had to take an uber to an enterprise. This location has security cameras and a security guard yet three vehicles including mine was vandalized. At checkout the only thing they said was sorry this happened. Definitely thought they would have had some sympathy or compassion for my situation and reduced my bill.

Terrible they need to rethink customer service. Rates are not worth the price.

It was a terrible hotel terrible customer service the room was 58 degrees while it was cold outside and the ac wouldn’t turn off. The room was so dirty.

Hotel staff was friendly but the hotel was very dirty. Our room was not cleaned when we checked in but staff quickly corrected and gave us a new one. Coffee area was trashed through the evening and still like that the next morning. No bath towels available.
