In the summer months, enjoy all that Lake Dillon has to offer including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and even a Tiki Bar! You won’t get enough of the beautiful mountain and lake views that come with this gorgeous, 2 bedroom plus master loft, multi-level townhouse. The location was convenient to everything that we had planned to do while in Colorado. The carpeting throughout the entire condo looked stained and we did't wear shoes inside during our stay. The directions to the clubhouse wasn't clear so we never able to use that area, a map would have beenvery helpful.

Very comfortable home with incredible views

This home is very roomy and comfortable. It is in a nice neighborhood just off of a main road and close to restaurants and shopping. You have great views of the mountains and lake and are very close to trails. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Very nice condo with beautiful views. Spacious and interesting design with nice amenities. It would have received 5 stars if it weren't for a couple of issues. When I booked and reserved the property it said check in time was 2:00. I have several communications with 2:00 check in time and it still says that on Expedia. We planned our trip and arrived right at 2. We arrive and try to get in. Code does not work. Call tech support which is almost definitely at a call center outside the USA with scripted answers and replies. The say 4:00 is our check in. After arguing and waiting they finally say 2 is fine. After several different attempts we finally get in. Next day we go out for the day and when we return the code does not work. They could not get maintenance for immediate help and again tell me that check in is 4:00 when we already checked in the prior day. Maintenance finally shows and replace the batteries to the door. Code works again. The only other issue which I did know of prior, is that it is on a very busy and slightly noisy road, but the views are amazing. The pic I including was of the final day when we were just leaving.

One week out, management informs us there is no working oven. Disappointed not offered a discount but opted to use anyways. Views of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountains mountains great.

Nice but there were workers siding on our balcony the whole time

We could not find the unit due to the fact that it was being sided and the letter was not on the building, however there was a wonderful man John at the PMI office that took the time and drove to the unit to help us. We loved the unit, however it was being sided and there were workers on our balcony the whole time! No blinds so made it very awkward! No rails on balcony because of the work as well. That was very disappointing as the view from there was amazing. We also were awoke by hammering early in the morning. We feel this unit should not have been rented out due to all of this. Also parking by the unit was not available due to workers which made it inconvenient to load and unload, kayak, groceries, etc.

Great Stay

Everything was as stated. Views were great. Only complaint if I had to be picky was the sprinklers ran multiple nights from sunset to sunrise even it had been raining every afternoon in Dillon for over a week. The sprinklers were also spraying the parking area and the entry as they rotated. Small nit pick, but slightly chillier weather and could have made things very icy. There was frost on my vehicle some mornings even in June. Only sharing so can be corrected. Still a great stay overall.

great dillon townhouse

Was able to book this for a single night for spring break ski trip with family. Nice high ceilings, gas fireplace, movie watching. Beautiful view, and although the two lane highway is about a quarter mile of traffic noise is light and almost none at night. Hot tub in clubhouse is good and indoor outdoor pool.

Nice house. Close to everything!

We had a nice stay at the property. We found this location to be very convenient and close to everything (slopes, restaurants, stores). The views from the windows are incredible: colors change from early morning sunsets and throughout the day. This property had everything we needed. All household items and equipment functioned well. I think this house is great for any season.
