La Pavoncella - Domus de Maria / Chia

The "Pavoncella" is located in Domus de Maria in a quiet and relaxing environment.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms of which: two comfortable double and one with two single beds.
All rooms are furnished in Sardinian style and air conditioned.
There are 2 bathrooms both with shower, toilet, bidet, sink.
A large living area, also air-conditioned, where you can relax and admire the surrounding nature.
A comfortable kitchenette equipped with: fridge, oven, dishwasher.
A spacious veranda where you can eat outside and enjoy the landscape in relax.
The house is also equipped with washing machine and clothesline.
It is essential to use the car to go to the beaches of Chia.
The house is about 1km from the town center and has private parking.
You can get there on foot in about 10 minutes.
At Domus de Maria you can find: pharmacy, market, bar, pizzeria, restaurant, butcher, tobacconist, newsagent.
On Saturday mornings you can buy typical seasonal products at the market located in one of the two main squares.
In the summer months you can taste Sardinian delicacies at the festivals organized by local associations.
Domus de Maria includes Chia and is known for the beauty of its beaches that boast numerous prizes.
In addition to the beaches you can go into the wonderful woods of "Is Cannoneris", which can be visited by bike, trekking, guided tours.
Also you can make unforgettable horse riding.
