Schöne Lage, aber

Vermieter Gianfranco und seine Eltern sehr nett, auch das Appartement ist ok, vorbildlich sauber. Das Bett bräuchte aber unbedingt neue Matratze, denn die Federn kommen durch. Einziger wirklicher Wermutstropfen. Drei Hotels in direkter Nachbarschaft treiben das Thema Animation auf die Spitze. Extrem laute Animateure, die Markschreier ausbilden könnten oft Ballermann ab 9 mit Pausen bis kurz vor Mitternacht. Auch die wahnsinnigen Möchtegern-Rennfahrer nerven ungemein. Haben dann notgedrungen umdisponiert, denn gemütliches Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der Terasse mit wirklich tollem Ausblick aufs Meer, oder einfach mal eine Flasche Wein und den Sternenhimmel genießen nur für Gäste geeignet die wirklich taub sind. Die Anwohner dort tun mir leid. Auch sollte man ein Fahrzeug dabei haben, denn die schönen Strände sind sonst alle nicht erreichbar und die im Ort waren über voll, auch keine freien Parkplätze. Zu Fuß mit Strandteugs zu weit. Positiv, die vielen wirklich sehr guten Restaurants unten in Calo Gonone.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in dem Apartment verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir zur Selbstversorgung benötigten. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf Meer und Berge ist einmalig. Die Gegend ist hervorragend für einen aktiven Wander- und Badeurlaub geeignet. Reinhard

Ideal!

Wir können uns den vorherigen sehr guten Bewertungen nur anschließen: Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, Ort und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und man startet und endet den Tag dort mit einem perfekten Urlaubsfeeling. Last but not least: Die Kommunikation mit Gianfranco und seinen Eltern war perfekt und sehr herzlich.

appartement très agréable avec superbe vue depuis la terrasse

Bel appartement, parfait en termes d’équipements, d’une grande propreté, très agréable. Climatisation très appréciable. Vue superbe depuis la terrasse. À 10mn à pied de la plage et du centre de Cala Gonone. Excellent contact avec Gianfranco et accueil très chaleureux de Manuela qui nous a donné plein de conseils pour notre séjour. De belles plages à proximité, ambiance très familiale. Lieu que nous recommandons grandement !

Ruhig im Grünen am Ortsrand gelegene Ferienwohnung, für zwei Leute perfekt. Die Terrasse ist natürlich das beste, frühstücken in der Morgensonne mit Blick aufs Meer, rundherum Natur, das ist großartig. Dafür war es jetzt im Frühling abends früher schattig, was aber nichts macht, wenn man den ganzen Tag in Sardiniens wunderschöner Natur unterwegs ist. Kontakt, Infos und Erreichbarkeit von Gianfranco auf englisch von ferne und der direkte Kontakt mit seinen Eltern vor Ort, auf italienisch mit Übersetzungs-App für Nicht-Italiener, war prima und unkompliziert, alles bestens. Herzlichen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit!

Superbe séjour, accueil chaleureux et vue imprenable !

FR Nous avons séjourné 5 jours avec mon frère dans ce bel appartement pour des vacances grimpe et plage ! Les parents de Gianfranco ont été adorables, ils nous ont offert des petits gâteaux pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue et du raisins locale en revenant de Dorgali ! On était un peu tristes de ne pas parler italien pour discuter avec eux ! Gianfranco était aussi très disponible pour nous aider et nous conseiller si nous avions des questions. C'était top ! La vue sur la terrasse est magnifique et c'est un coin calme de Cala Gonone . On vous recommande sans hésiter de séjourner chez Gianfranco et ses parents. C'était un réel plaisir ! EN We stayed for 5 days with my brother in this beautiful flat for a climbing and beach holiday! Gianfranco's parents were lovely, they offered us little cakes to welcome us and some local grapes on the way back from Dorgali! We were a bit sad not to speak Italian to chat with them! Gianfranco was also very available to help and advise us if we had any questions. It was great! The view from the terrace is wonderful and it's a quiet corner of Cala Gonone. We would definitely recommend staying with Gianfranco and his parents. It was a real pleasure! Grazie mille !
