The home is situated on the southeasterly side of Magician Lake and features a fire pit, outdoor lounge chairs and seating, outdoor umbrella, water trampoline, inflatables and BBQ grill. Kayaks, pontoon boats and paddleboards are also available for an additional fee. Firewood can be delivered to the property as needed. The house itself is equipped with Air conditioning and heat, cable television, WIFI, full kitchen, iron, hair dryer, and washing machine.
