The door handle leading into the room was broken and when I asked the staff about it, I was told to “just hit it with your palm before turning”. The side entrance doors were also broken and didn’t function. The washer and dryer were not working and the pool/hot tub didn’t have water. The room was clean until you look at the corner of the bathroom which had dirt and buildup from weeks of not being cleaned properly.

Toliet was filthy when we arrived with pee and hairs on top and poop and rust stains in the bowl and the beds look unmade with a blanket just thrown over the bed. Also saw roaches. Asked for our money back and said it will be refunded to Expedia. Front desk was very helpful and did give us a new room but the second rooms bathroom was also bad. But when we saw the roaches we were out of there.

For the price, this place was good. Overall the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean as well, with the exception of the shower curtain that needs to be changed. The toilet could be upgraded as well. It was a slow flusher. You needed to hold the handle down for it to completely flush. Again, all in all. It was nice, safe and I would stay again.
