âQUIET HOURS â Quiet hours (County Law) are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors as sound travels far in open spaces.âš
âNO FIREWORKS â Fireworks are not allowed on the property or anywhere in the subdivision.âš
âMAXIMUM number of guests cannot exceed the number booked through your channel and can never exceed 12.
âSTRICT NO EVENTS POLICY â Violating the no events rule (including unauthorized parties, large gatherings, etc.) will result in a $2,500 fine, charged to the credit card on file, immediate cancellation of your reservation, and eviction with no refund.âšâš
