Excellent hospitality

It was an amazing experience. Property was awesome. There was a good spread in the breakfast and the staff was super friendly.

Great experience, lovely and caring staff. Our airline delayed our bags and the hotel staff constantly worked their magic to coordinate the retrival of the baggage. Very clean property, friendly staff. Very likely we will be coming back. A , perfect for families

I stayed in here in May 2023 and found the staff at breakfast buffet was the most friendliest, Shohaib and his team was amazing, making myself and my kids feel welcome and comfortable. the reception team were not as friendly as the catering team. The hotel provides two swimming pools average size, my kids had alot of fun, room service and food is of great taste and great variety, Dubai Mall is only 5mins away but maybe being closer to the center will allow you to save on taxi, Overall very good experience, I would definitely recommend

Well very clean and quiet place, they place water for the heat. They have special attention to guests. Con is the bath tube is kind of higher it could cause an accident. Switches some of the don’t work. It was strange.
