Lovey hotel, but far out but nothing too bad. Room lighting is an issue - it’s either full brightness or pitch black. You’ll see how annoying this is when you stay

Clean and very central to everything in dublin. Pubs and food options only 5 minute walk. Bus and tram stop only 3 minutes away and these services are easy to use so very helpful. Room was smaller then expected but still very good

Booked this hotel on expedia and booked a room with a "king bed" upon arrival, was put in a room with a double bed. Let front desk know and they moved us "to a room with a king bed" and turns out it was the exact same room type with double bed. Then reception decides to tell us there is no king beds. Not sure why expedia gives the option to book a king. Then reception moves us again for the third time to a room with two doubles and expects an upcharge for this room type. I'm very unhappy with the overall experience. The hotel is also very out of the way of the city center and overall not worth staying at this location. We also asked for extra blankets, plural, and they gave us 1 singular very thin sheet. At that point we were so frustrated we didn't even bother trying again. I really wish I could get a refund for this experience as it was terrible. We will never stay here again, we suggest staying at the Chancery because they have exceptional service and facilities.

Everything was excellent. The manager was a young gentleman who noticed my husband was taller. He offered us an upgrade so that he would be more comfortable in the bed. The girls at the reception desks were very helpful and kind. Everything was way better than I expected !

Great location, very clean. Easy to get to bus stops and a 15 min walk to most places in downtown Dublin. Bed was smaller than expected but very comfortable. Rooms are small. I would stay here again for just me and my husband.

Trendy. Affordable. Room was a little dirty. Walls curtains etc. Robes ans sluppes were juat tnrown on the floor. Plua was given a wheel chair accessible room when didn't need one. Was a strange room

The Hotel was really nice, on the down side the room was too small, parking was very difficult. Location was very convenient for the city Centre.
