Guests will enjoy exclusive and private access to the entire 5-bedroom main house, the private swimming pool and pool house, all 39 acres of land including direct frontage and access to the Lynch River (swimming hole, fishing spots), private walking trails, wildflower meadows, orchards, historic barns (exterior viewing), scenic cabins (exterior viewing), the old rock quarry area, outdoor eating areas, and fire pits. Ample parking is available on site.

-Our farm is a vibrant natural environment; expect to encounter local wildlife.

-To enhance your opportunity to truly disconnect, cell service can be limited in some areas. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the main house.

-The swimming pool is typically open from [May] to [September]. Please confirm availability for shoulder season stays.

-This property is designed as a high-end retreat. We are also conveniently located for exploring the Monticello Wine Trail, Charlottesville, UVA, scenic mountain hikes, and -Skyline Drive.
