The Round House Big River CA

This awesome Round House has been completely renovated and is ready for your river experience. Whether you ride in the desert or cruise the river all day, Big River has it all. Tons of secure parking for cars and trailers alike. Take off in your UTV, Motorcycles or quads right from the house and straight into the desert. A block and a half the other direction and you`re at the public launch and Community Park for Big River.

Three spacious bedrooms with four beds. Comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Large primary bathroom boasts double sinks and a large walk in shower. Middle bathroom includes a bathtub shower combination. Convenient half bath off of the family room.

The entire home is available for your use, including indoor laundry and large patio with barbeque.

The owners have a second home just down the street and will likely be in town to address any questions or challenges. In the event they are not, don`t panic, we have plenty of back up!

This well appointed vacation rental doesn`t miss a beat. High end bedding, towels and toiletries are there for your convenience. We provide trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and so much more. Quality appliances and a fully stocked kitchen is just waiting for you to prepare those special meals. The barbeque will include the propane and will be cleaned and ready to go.

The home has 3 large flatscreen TV`s and the owners pay for YouTubeTV. There are no buffering issues as the house also has Starlink high speed internet service.

We will allow up to 2 dogs if you pay the $75 pet fee. We expect you to be responsible pet owners and pick up after your pets in the yard and keep them off of our furniture.

Please do not move the furniture and do not unplug anything.

The gate may be left open during your stay, please close when you depart.

Smoking and /or large gatherings are not permitted at any time.

There is NO parking on the patio.

Our outside electrical outlets are NOT for plugging in EV`s or RV`s. Do not attempt using them as we may not be readily available to reset the breaker.

We understand the summer`s get hot and we do allow the guest to control the AC, however, it is not to be set lower than 72 degrees at any time.

The security cameras are off during guest stays but can remain on at the guest`s request.

This house is perfect!!! It is so nicely decorated, clean and has absolutely everything you would need for the stay. The host communicated everything perfectly and everything was exactly as it appeared! It is one we will stay at again!!!

This property was perfect for us. It was the last we visited after our 30-day jaunt throughout the SW, and near Parker, AZ, although on the much quieter side of the Colorado River. The place is immaculate and comes with all the amenities, even huge televisions (it was March Madness when we visited), which was a bonus. The yard is large and spacious, of which our dog loved. The yard is also completely fenced in with both entry and exit points if you bring a boat or OHV, plenty of turning radius. The neighborhood is very quiet with lots of space between houses, and you can walk forever in pretty much any direction if that’s your thing. Oh, we were also visited at night a few times by the local wild burros, which was a pretty awesome experience. We will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended!

This home was perfect in every way. It was safe, super clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything and we really enjoyed grilling on the bbq. The washer and dryer are top notch. Check in and out went super easy and communication with the property manager was 10/10. We felt at home. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing!!

The property, location and hosts were all absolutely amazing. I have stayed in places from very casual to extremely high end and the round house hit the mark as one of the very best places I have stayed. There was nothing missing - the hosts did a fantastic job on ensuring their guests would have exactly what could be needed. The sleeping areas were well appointed and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Great appliances and utensils in the kitchen, a fantastic grill And the patio area was a perfect spot to relax. The hosts were responsive and welcoming - in a five star review…I would give them six!
