Quaint and clean “retro motel feel”. Super friendly staff. Modern mini split air/heat. Front door needs a curtain as bright light shines into room in our room (215). Beautiful place that we will for sure stay again.

A wonderful family resort especially for families. Beautiful view from the room and balcony of the inlet. Water looks great for kayaking. The large pool is kept spotless but it was a bit windy so we didn’t try.

I did not like the wi-fi AT ALL! It kept knocking me off the wi-fi and having to get back on, OVER & OVER again was so frustrating.. Finally, gave up and missed a confirmation I needed to make at a hotel in Hyannis the following night and lost the room because of that, and had to return home a day early. Will never recommend or stay again as they clearly put no upgrades into an outdated lodging....
