Poor water Pressure

This place is built poorly. Barely any water pressure and luke warm heat for water (probably in the name of the “eco-friendly” scam, which is really just a way for them to cut costs), so good luck with getting the conditioner out of your hair ladies. The toilets barely flush too. Ours was also stopped up when we got there. No microwave, and the bathroom vent continually makes a dinging noise all night. And since the door to bathroom is a sliding door, you can’t block it out. Location was nice, and breakfast was ok. But I would choose somewhere else with a real shower next time.

One extremely disappointing stay...

Let's start with the staff was friendly and professional but the hotel itself was dismal..first the pool heater was broke so the pool was unpleasantly cold and the design of the pool area is down right dumb...not a dry stop in the small place with path ways so narrow anyone looking to keep an eye on their children while staying dry is just, you're out of luck... The building itself is relatively new but in horrible disrepair....missing signs on the walls, rips in the carpet, broken implements (i.e. plunger, toilet paper roll holder, peep hole) The staff allowed kids to race electric scooters down the hallway at all times of night and allowed someone to park a 40 foot flatbed trailer across 5 parking spots in the lot most near the building on a night that in got down to freezing and on a local school dance night forcing more patrons to walk much farther All in all it was horrible, so horrible that my family and I returned to our home to sleep in peace and comfort Will not be returning to this location nor will I ever recommend it to anyone until serious improvements are made!

It is right along the Mississippi River. Our room is spectacular looking right out on the river. On the 9th floor is a lovely lounge/bar with a menu of sharables and a wide selection of cocktails and wine. There is soft jazz playing and a huge floor to ceiling glass window(s) view of the river and a view of Iowa

Great breakfast, although we never got any eggs. Room was clean and spacious. TV did not work. Would of called them but my husband was already asleep.

It’s a great place for a staycation in my area, but also attracts people from out of town because of how nice it is!
