Pet Policy – Yard Use
To maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests—especially families with small children—we have the following rules regarding pets:
Dogs are not permitted to use the backyard as a bathroom. The backyard is regularly used as a play area for kids. Please take your dog to the front yard for all bathroom needs. This helps to keep the backyard enjoyable for everyone.
All pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly in the outdoor trash bins.
A $100 fee will be charged for any violation of this rule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
