This beautiful home has been fully renovated and furnished to make it a very kid friendly, enjoyable and fun home away from home! Conveniently located in The Valley, close to all fun activities Wenatchee has to offer! Come stay with us and explore the area!

The home has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There’s a total of 8 beds (sleeps up to 14 guests):

- 4 bedrooms each with a queen size bed
- Open loft area upstairs with daybed/trundle (twin size beds)
- Living room area with sofa bed (queen size)
- Twin size rollaway bed that can be added to any room upon request (good for kids).

All bedrooms have queen size Tulo foam mattresses. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located upstairs. There’s an open loft area upstairs with a daybed (two separate twin beds).

A 4th bedroom and a 3rd bathroom are located downstairs.

The home has an open concept featuring a relaxing family room and a large fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances.

Spacious living room and dinning room has a sofa bed (queen size) good for two extra people.

The house has a huge fully fenced backyard and patio with plenty of seating arrangements and fire pit to enjoy big gatherings!

Note: The doorbell is a ring camera.

The house was more than large enough for our group of 10 adults a dog. Bedrooms were plentiful and the mattresses were comfortable. The property looked well maintained inside & out. There is central A/C which kept the house cool in the summer heat. The hot tub is next to the neighbor's yard but the fence is double-sided and lets no visibility through. The TV in the living room is a bit small / hard to see from the sofa which is my only complaint.

Great location and facility

4 br, oa, 3b, lr/dr, fr, k, ea and great back yard. Comfortable and clean. We had the misfortune of the AC not cooling the upstair well. But by the response we got from the manage on another issue(sprinkler system), that will be fixed soon. It would be a 10 except for the AC.
