Beds were very uncomfortable. Internet wasnt the greatest. Pictures online did not match what we stayed at. Conference center was run down. Not many good restaurants near by. Lots of beaches close by. Staff was very friendly, they made the trip worth it. Pool was nice but a little green. Probably wouldnt stay there again just because the beds were so uncomfortable we were exhausted every day.

The room was good for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the manager was friendly. The grounds around the motel could have been better kept but the room worked out well for our two-night stay.

This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed! I cannot believe the countless issues we had - camping in a tent would have been a better alternative - no water for showers( literally) dirty bathroom and quarters, including toilet and sink not cleaned with remnants of previous use still VERY visible !

The property is undergoing some renovation so it's not up to speed yet for the summer season. Sink leaked in one room and the overhead fans in the bathrooms were filthy. The rooms could use a full top to bottom cleaning. The showers have NO pressure. No bfast served due to the fact we were there before official season started. Just coffee / juice machines.

Very convenient to wellfleet, p-town, bike-trail, etc. Rooms as described. The heater was a bit noisy but bed, bath, refrig, tv, all as expected. It was quiet, but I was not there during the busy season so the place was nearly empty. Can't judge in-season crowded stays.

Took a 3 day bicycle trip up the Cape Cod Rail Trail to Provincetown. Used this motel as central point on Upper Cape. The hotel was adequate. Excellent location an 1/8 of a mile from the bike path. Short ride to the local cinema. A cluster of restaurants in the area serving average food. The room was sufficient (I did not spend a lot of time there), but pretty basic. The staff were very nice. Would choose this hotel again for its proximity to the bike path, but probably not for a family vacation.

Accommodations?

We stayed here a few years ago; this time the accommodations have gone downhill! It was basic necessities . . . no cups/glasses in the room, no tissues in the room. A plunger next to the toilet! What does that tell you??!!! Clean towels were provided daily; however, the room was not cleaned. I accidently spilled baby powder next to the toilet and it was never cleaned up. The tub was not cleaned on a daily basis; the empty shampoo bottle and used-up soap was left in the tub area our entire stay. The blanket had holes in it. No coffee machine in the room and the outside of the refrigerator was dirty. We will not stay there again!!!!

On the outside it doesn’t look like much but room was clean and updated. Front desk very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.
