Advertised having breakfast on Hotels.com. Also had a large sign in lobby that breakfast was 6-9. Came down to breakfast and there was none plus nobody at the desk. We were directed to call a number which a woman picked up and just repeated no refund. They are running a scam through your company. They reflect badly on Hotels.com.

Room ice cold with broken heater. Desk clerk unavailable until I called him to check in. We refused room because it was too cold (50 degrees) but he charged us $20 for a dog friendly room even though we didn’t stay there. Would not refund the $20. We went to a different hotel!

The heating/cooling unit did not work in the room we stayed. We opened the window but there was no breeze to cool off the hot room. The toilet ran every 10-20 seconds. When we turned the water off and then back on to flush it, there was a leak and flooded the floor. By looking at the wall behind the toilet, it has been a problem for quite some time. I asked for a partial refund when I checked out due to the above issues. The person I spoke to had to check with the manager and would get back to me the same day. No call. I I called the next day and was told I would be issued a 10% refund. It's been 6 days and still no refund.

I waited for 10 minutes before I was greeted. The clerk was rude, and even ruder when my room keys would not work. There was no air conditioning in the hall. In order to access the air in the room, I had to stand on a chair. The air did not work properly in the room. The room was marginal in terms of cleanliness. At breakfast, the syrup and milk was spoiled. It was a very disappointing stay.
