The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. You will find a main-floor bedroom with a king-size bed that offers a walk-out deck overlooking Wolf Mountain. This bedroom offers a large closet for luggage space and a walk-out deck.

The Living Room sofa sleeper is memory foam and does not have bars in the back (that often make sleeper sofas uncomfortable). Unlike most sofa beds mattresses, two people can sleep comfortably side-by-side with no motion transfer. There is no gap between the mattress and back or arms and no parts of the mechanism are exposed, so it's safe for children.

The second bedroom is upstairs and has a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The upstairs area also offers a laundry room, a unique feature at Wolf Lodge. What this condo sacrifices in extra bed space it more than makes up in comfort and convenience.

The condo is located only 5 miles from Powder Mountain Ski Resort, a short drive to Snowbasin, and 5 miles from Nordic Valley Ski Resort. Ogden Valley is a local's best-kept secret with awesome snow conditions and down-home hospitality. All of our condos are non-smoking and are in a great central location close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
