Lovely place to stay, very easily accessible and there’s a bus stop going into the town centre across the street.

Property was comfortable and clean, would have been good to have access to a fridge and microwave in room to store and reheat food. Room was one of two at entryway and not very sound proof, was noisy at times when other guests were coming and going. This appeared to be the only access to the downstairs rooms. Neighbouring guest television and conversations could be heard throughout the night. Overall the room and stay were enjoyable and if in Edinburgh again would consider returning to guesthouse

The guesthouse had a excellent system we hardly saw anyone.It was quiet, perhaps a little bit dated ,but the rooms were maintained every day
It was not right in the centre but had a regular bus route just across the road ....and if you were fit you could walk to the centre in around 30 mins
