Staff and hotel were excellent. We did not eat there as there was so many other choices. Outside area was under construction limiting access and creating noise during the day. It was quiet in the evening. Staff arranged at 3:00 AM cab for us which was a big help

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, we even received some unexpected complimentary gifts that made our stay even more special. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the passion fruit martini's are the bomb. The room was very comfortable and fairly quiet considering the work happening outside.

I paid in full by debit card when I checked in, the payment was approved, but I was still charged a deposit of £60, which shouldn't have been necessary. And now I have to wait for a refund. I have never been charged a deposit by other hotels when paying in advance.
