The towels had holes, no hand towels no ice bucket no ice machine no frig no vacuuming. There were no rooms available at 3:00 PM, no rooms. We were told is we signed up for Hilton rewards we could check in early. We have Hilton rewards and still no room available. The manager was not able to satisfy us so we checked out early Wednesday. She said she would contact you for a refund and still have not heard anything. This is not in my opinion a four star hotel.

Thank you for your feedback. Edinburgh is a very hilly city, however maybe going through the train station and along North Bridge will be an easier way to get to the hotel next time.

Great location and the facilities are wonderful. The only issues we faced with housekeeping could easily be fixed with staffing which I'm sure is difficult post covid.

This property is centrally located to the Royal Mile. Nice restaurants, and great pubs. The rooms were very quiet. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located in a great spot that is right in the heart of Edinburgh. It's an easy walk to the Castle, Arthur's seat, new town, and many other sites. Great facilities and rooms only add to the benefits.
