Stag weekend

Positives: Great location and comfortable beds. Negatives: Getting in to the property is on a par with breaking into the vaults at the Bank of England. Whats wrong with just a normal key??

It's cheap

This is a budget accommodation. The photos seem to have been taken a while ago before quite a bit of wear and tear occurred on the property. The front door is incredibly annoying for one person. You must try to hold your phone (and your bag, sandwich etc!), type in the code, hold down the bottom handle and turn the upper knob all at the same time. I did battle with a giant spider, but that's life anywhere. You can hear everything, so the crying baby across the hall was a bit tiresome but again, that's kinda just life. You have to go find a towel; they aren't kept in your room. Oh well. It was cheap.

Property exactly as described, clean, quiet, excellent location....short walk to Castle and all city center sights.

AVOID, Dirty, Run Down, waste of money AVOID

By far the most awful room I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. There was an empty beer bottle behind the bed ,rubbish under another bed and was in general bad state of repair. One of the duvets was torn and there was other people's hair all on the floor .The room has not been cleaned and when I tried to ask for a new room the apartments never got back to me until the morning after by which then it was too late. The kitchen was also in disrepair and the bathroom was just a complete mess with no toilet roll holder ,wallpaper peeling and stained walls and then just when I thought it couldn't get any worse there was loads of clumps of human hair behind a door and behind the toilet. it was so disgusting the room does not represent value for money I could have brought a tent and a camping bag for less and had more of a clean and tidy place to sleep. I will never use this company again due to them trying to make out it was my fault for not reporting it sooner even though I reported it will plenty of time for them to try and find me a different room. avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid!!!

Guest checked-in early afternoon and had an birthday party at our apartment though it was not allowed when he booked an shared apartment. And at later that night, he sent us an text message asking for an change of room. And we tried to contact him several times and he did not attend our calls rather sending us only messages via Expedia chat. Then after check-out, he asked us for an refund after staying and partying. Guest had booked shared facilities of kitchen and bathroom. This is a newly decorated apartment, so cannot accept on the comments on stained walls and peeling wallpaper. Also if any of guests comments are true, he would have called us at least by late evening as that would have given us time to meet guests, rather than texting at midnight.

Good stay

Received email with check-in instruction prior to my stay. So able to check-in without any difficulty as my flight was late at night. Good location and well maintained. Kitchen facilities were good though shared.

No staff on site. We didn't receive our codes and couldn't for a long time enter the property. It was very also difficult to contact the owners. If it wasn't for the taxi driver, who offered his mobile ( and internet) we would have been stranded! The room was ok, but overall it was a stressful and annoying experience. It needs to be clearly stated in the booking info that it is an un-manned site and how keys are obtained! There should be contact info displayed on the door. Not happy!

Needs to be cleaned!

There was debris by the bed and in general not a clean place. Very difficult to access and key to room did not work. I had to try all keys and use one of a different room that worked.
