Would definitely stay here again. The views are beautiful. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The restaurant food was very good. Very close to the Skookumchuk Narrows. Egmont is very quiet. Unfortunately when we were there the weather was rainy and cold so we were unable to enjoy the water activities we’d originally planned - maybe next time!

I know that this was during Covid however the service in the restaurant could have been better. Staff chatting in the corner while we were waiting to be seated. Even though I had informed them it was our anniversary nothing special was done on their part to make it that much better. Shower sprayed all over the bathroom, and the lighting was poor for doing make up. No bottle water in bedroom. For $700 per night you would think these things would be perfect. It would have been nice to know when booking that you could request a dinner time. We were allotted 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. A bit early for a anniversary dinner. The second night was changed to 7:30 but only after I asked twice for it to be done.

Thanks for the review it really helps us to be better at what we do. Sorry about the shower, we are rebuilding them this winter.
As for dinner time, we will make a reservation for our guests that are in-house when you book your stay. We do this to ensure you have a table, and sometimes we have no choice in time as we are full. This summer we were busier than anticipated. I would say a large number of dinners are here celebrity an event and we offer a special event package for that reason.
I should point out your stay cost $642 including, 2 dinners and 2 breakfast
