There is no central heating in this place; A gas heater and a fireplace are available. The staff offered to start the heater, which we accepted, and a box of wood was provided for self-servicing the fireplace. The gas heater turned off after 10 minutes cause the gas tank was almost empty. On the other hand, I gave up on the fireplace after 90 minutes of successive failing attempts because the wood was extremely wet. The manager was absent and so was the owner. The three employees who were on duty went over their way and beyond their responsibilities to try to resolve the problems, and they successfully did. When I called the owner the day after to let him know that his business was being poorly managed all that he did was to call one of the employees of the previous night to reprimand her.
This place has an enormous potential if it was managed properly. However, the absence of proper management turned my stay into a nightmare.
