This beautiful log home has mountain views and is located 15 minutes to downtown Banner Elk. Steps lead to the main entrance at the living room. The leather sofa cozies up to the gas log fireplace and large TV. The modern kitchen features granite counters with bar seating for three and stainless steel appliances. For the coffee lovers, you'll find Keurig, drip pot, and Espresso maker! The table seats six guests comfortably near the kitchen, or enjoy the table for six on the covered deck with grill and sectional seating!

On the main level is a queen suite with a beautiful tiled shower and double vessel sinks. In the hallway is a half bath with laundry center, giving all guests easy access. Up the stairs is a loft with reading nook, and a kids bedroom. This room has a twin over full bunk and a dresser. On the lower level, you'll come to the family room. The sofa is set for the flat screen TV with SNES system, and there are two multigame arcades. In the hall is the second full bath with a tub/shower combination. Near that is the third bedroom, this one a queen with an exterior door.

The back deck is the picture of relaxation. On the grounds below is a newly added firepit, perfect to cozy up to on a cool night.

Additional notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Outside, there is a private yard and some fabulous boulders (please watch your little ones!).
- Check In after 4pm. Check Out by 10am.
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs under 40 pounds each. Pet rent is $25/nt per pet, plus tax.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- AWD/4WD and chains may be necessary to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- There is one exterior security camera mounted to the outside wall of this home overlooking the driveway/parking area. There are no other cameras on the premises.
