Many good restaurants within a short walk. Quiet. Fitness center has a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, dumbbells, universal machine, exercise balls and medicine balls. Coffee in the lobby and a small brewer in room.

The staff was friendly and we arrived early and they happily accommodated us for n early check in. The facility is simple. But clean and the location is perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Loved almost everything. The only potential issue is that noise from the hallway seems to leak into the rooms. Likewise, the noise from rooms leaks into hallways. This compromises privacy.

There were no amenities other than a small fitness center. The rooms were smaller than expected and no counter space in the bathroom. There was not enough light anywhere. The front desk clerk did not go over the idiosyncrasies of the rooms (like using your room key to turn on the overhead light) and we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk for us to check in. We had not checked out, but had loaded the majority of our luggage and had walked to breakfast, came back to take care of health procedure and the housekeeping staff were in our room, beds stripped, our personal items thrown in the trash, and it was not check out time. Management said “sorry”

I was in love with almost all… except for: 1. lack of a provided breakfast. Considering the price of the stay in a very rural area it should have included couches to a cafe at the least 2. Size of fridge in room. Couldn’t event put the contents of my small cooler in it. Honestly the size is ridiculous. I have an idea it is meant only for 2 mini bottles of champagne and a couple of strawberries. The main attractions in this town are rodeo and university, in which cases people travel with food. Step it up with refrigeration huh?
