3 bedroom 3 bath house with private heated screened pool on a quiet cul de sac

2300 sq ft home 3 car garage with covered lani with a screened in solar heated pool and large fenced in private back yard. Ten minutes to the beach, walk to restaurants and grocery store. Vaulted ceiling living room with 65 in flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace, triple slider to large Lanai with furniture and 50 in flat screen TV and heated pool. 3 full bathrooms with oversized walk in showers and one with a jetted tub. Master has a sitting area with 50 in TV and 2 walk in closets and a double slider to the Lanai. Kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances, dining area with double slider to pool and a pool table in the game room. New washer and dryer and gas grill located just out of pool area.
Home is fully furnished and includes all utilities cable and internet. $1,000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit if home is left in same clean condition as upon move in and with no damages. Pets and short term rentals will be considered and this is a Non-smoking property.

Wonderful February in Englewood

My husband, myself, and best friend spent the month of February in this immaculate home. We have rented homes through Vrbo for the last 6 years, and nothing can compare to this one. The home had everything you could ever need from a well equipped kitchen to lots of cleaning supplies. The furnishings were beautiful and tasteful, even the outside pool and lanai area were lovely. We had never before rented a home with such gorgeous grounds. The owner has paid so much attention to detail inside and out. The home is in a very private area, which was great. Melinda was wonderful. Any question or concern was immediately addressed. She was the kindest, most responsive owner we ever experienced through Vrbo. Thanks again Melinda for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful place for relaxing vacation

We love this beautiful home- so relaxing in a town with lots to do. Close to shopping, groceries, beaches, beautiful parks... The home is the best- spacious, clean, everything we need for meals. The pool and lanai are so enjoyable- we watch tv outdoors in the evenings. Melinda is very helpful. Highly recommend.

Relaxing stay in beautiful home and area

If we could give this home a 10 we would. The home was immaculate, spacious and so quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac. We spent most of our time on the lanai and enjoyed the solar heated pool so much. The area has lots to do - we went to festivals, a play, art show - and delicious food. It was convenient to be able to walk to the grocery and restaurants. Lots of easy access to beaches and even though our dog was not allowed, there are many beautiful parks that we went to for walks. The backyard is huge so she had plenty of space to explore. The owners were easy to contact and answered any questions we had right away. We highly recommend this home and area.

Hidden Gem

Tucked away in a quiet lovely street with all the amenities of home with a lovely lanai and pool on beautiful well kept grounds is a little of Englewood paradise! Stepping out to explore is truly minutes away from beautiful beaches, fun restaurants with great food, fun downtown with a playhouse & boutiques, close to lovely surrounding areas as Venice & fun Sharky’s on the Pier and a well stocked Publix groceries only 3 min. drive makes Melinda’s home a PERFECT location! Fabulous Home

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful house. All you need to pack are your clothes!! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The beds are super comfortable with very nice linens. The bathrooms were roomy and modern. The great room was very nice and spacious. Melinda was super accommodating and helpful. We had a problem with the garage door opener and it was resolved within a couple hours. The pool was nice and warm surrounded by very comfortable furniture. The fenced in yard was huge and very nice for our dog. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a Publix grocery store. We highly recommend renting this “palace” and hope to do so again in the future

Wonderful house

We stayed for two weeks at this house and everyone loved it. It was very clean, nicely furnished, roomy and comfortable. All essentials were provided. We spent some time in the heated pool every day. Publix and Dearborn Street were close and Englewood Beach was a short drive. We hope to stay here again.

Lovely home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean and the layout was perfect for us and our three teens. All the bedrooms are spacious and decorated nicely. The pool was clean and refreshing. The neighborhood is very quiet. Close to shopping and the beaches. Melinda is very quick to respond if you have any questions. The house literally had everything you could possibly need on vacation. It was so nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc available for use. We would love to rent again next year!!

Amazing house
