Salvatore war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, um von hier aus Ausflüge zu starten und ist aufgeräumt, gemütlich mit Balkon-Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Wir würden sehr gern wieder buchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ed è stata perfetta! Salvatore ed Anna Maria sono persone meravigliose, disponibili e molto presenti. Ci hanno consigliato cosa vedere, dove mangiare e Salvatore si è occupato personalmente di prenotare la visita alle meravigliose Isole di Favignana e Levanzo. L'accoglienza è stata una bellissima sorpresa con vino, frutta fresca e dolci tipici della zona ❤️ la posizione dell'appartamento è comoda a tutto! Insomma che dire... Siamo state non bene, di più!!!! Voglio assolutamente tornare!! Grazie ancora Salvatore e Anna Maria! Un abbraccio grande da Sara e Anita.

Siamo stati accolti dai gentilissimi proprietari con una bottiglia di vino, una bottiglia d acqua , un cesto di frutta fresca e un cabaret di cannoli cosa chiedere di più ? L enorme appartamento situato in una zona tranquilla di Trapani ( nessun problema di parcheggio) ma vicino al centro città era dotato di ogni confort tra cui wi-fi , luminoso , pulitissimo e presente anche un terrazzo con barbecue dove poter mangiare . Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo anche ad amici l appartamento in questione . Un ringraziamento a Salvatore ed Anna

Soggiorno stupendo

Trapani è stupenda e i trapanesi lo sono ancora di più e ne abbiamo avuto la prova appena atterrati quando siamo stati accolti da Salvatore e sua moglie nella casa che ci avrebbe ospitati una settimana con un cesto di frutta fresca, una bottiglia di vino, bevande e soprattutto una vassoio di cannoli siciliani squisiti. La casa è molto grande e accogliente curata nei particolari come se fosse vissuta, non manca nulla (stoviglie, asciugamani, elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti). Le stanze principali sono molto spaziose così come il bagno. Il giardinetto esterno molto carino. La posizione anche se non centralissima è comunque comoda agli spostamenti e vicinissima alla funivia per Erice, nei dintorni ogni servizio disponibile. Consiglio a tutti di visitare Trapani e i dintorni e questa casa in particolare per la disponibilità e precisione dei proprietari che approfitto per ringraziare e salutare calorosamente.

PERFETTO

Per il secondo anno consecutivo abbiamo scelto di soggiornare nella confortevole casa dei signori Salvatore e Anna Maria, trascorrendo, ancora una volta, una piacevole vacanza. In occasione di questo soggiorno siamo stati anche ulteriormente ed utilmente consigliati dai gentilissimi padroni di casa sulle feste ed eventi gastronomici per arricchire il soggiorno a cavallo di Ferragosto. Casa comoda ai servizi, attrezzata di tutto, con una piacevole e funzionale terrazza sul giardino fiorito, per cucinare e consumare pasti all'aperto e per i momenti di relax. Comodo anche il barbecue. Ribadisco quanto già evidenziato nella recensione del 2015, rimarcando che si tratta di un'ottima base per visitare la bellissima zona (comoda anche per raggiungere Erice, con la macchina o la funivia). Consiglio di disporre di una vettura per poter visitare le innumerevoli attrazioni dei dintorni. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornarvi . .., sarà inevitabile ritornarvi! !!!

very nice place

My wife and I rented this place for three nights. The owner's wife picked us up from an intersection on a way from Palermo, that was very helpful for being first time in the area, explained where to park, places to go. Granted, we do not speak Italian, but we were able to communicate still. Place is very clean and cozy, with nice garden terrace. Its very quite, and I mean very! about ten minutes car ride from downtown attractions, away from streets. Close walk to cable car to Erice, 5 min ride to supermarket. the owners even left for us some local wine with fruits and sweets. You need a car to enjoy town attractions though or you will be up to a long walks!

Un moment de détente....

Tout d'abord bonjour à Salvatore et à sa femme..... Pour ce qui est du logement rien à dire, tout est fidèle à l'annonce. Je suis passé plusieurs fois par ce site pour louer des logements pour nos séjours à l'étranger et je n'ai pas eu de problème et j'espère que cela durera... La maison est spacieuse et fraiche et d'une propreté parfaite, donc bravo à la personne qui gère la propreté de la maison!!! La maison se situe prés du téléphérique (6min à pied) pour se rendre à ERICE à visiter absolument. La maison se situe dans un secteur calme à proximité de commerces, bar, restaurants... Nous avions hésité compte tenu de l'éloignement de la maison par rapport au centre ville de Trapani mais n’hésitez pas Salavatore et sa femme reste disponible en cas de besoin et ils vous accueillent de très bonne manière. Nous espérons un jour revenir chez vous, d'ici là j'espère que j'aurais travaillé mon italien... Ciao ciao Innanzitutto buongiorno a Salvatore ed alla sua donna..... Per ciò che è dell'alloggio niente a dire, tutto è fedele all'annuncio. Sono passato parecchie volte da questo sito per affittare degli alloggi per i nostri soggiorni all'esteri ed io non ha avuto problema ed io spero che ciò durerà... La casa è spaziosa e fresca e di una pulizia perfetta, dunque applauso al nessuno che gestisce la pulizia della casa!!! La casa si trova prati del cavo teleferico (6min a piedi, per rendersi ad ERICE a visitare assolutamente. La casa si trova in un settore calmo vicino a commerci, bar, ristoranti... Avevamo esitato tenuto conto dell'allontanamento della casa rispetto alla centro città di Trapani ma non esitate Salavatore e la sua donna resta disponibile in caso di bisogno e vi accolgono di molto buona Speriamo un giorno ritornare da voi, da qui ad allora spero che abbia lavorato il mio italiano..

Consigliato, come a casa propria

La sistemazione è in posizione ideale come base per la visita delle numerose attrazioni della zona. Situata in zona ben servita da bar, panetterie, negozi e market, ma anche riservata e tranquilla. La casa è accogliente, pulita, ben arredata e curata, proprio come nelle foto (una camera con finestra e due senza finestra). Comodissima è la veranda arredata e fornita per mangiare all'aperto, con grazioso e rilassante giardinetto, L'alloggio è davvero equipaggiato di tutto, ma proprio tutto ciò che può servire lontano da casa (persino i teli mare, l'ombrellone, le sedie da spiaggia, ogni utensile da cucina, ferro da stiro, phon, biciclette, lavatrice, lenzuola e corredo per ogni camera, asciugamani in quantità, TUTTO insomma..). I proprietari sono persone gentili, disponibili e molto discrete, e ci hanno accolto con calore, facendoci trovare un gentile pensiero di benvenuto. Il prezzo è assolutamente basso in relazione al fatto che sembra di essere a casa propria. Si consiglia la disponibilità della vettura per poter accedere a tutte le numerose attrattive della zona (le numerose e belle spiagge di trapani ed Erice, la città di Erice con le sue strade panoramiche -una con vista sulle Saline da un lato e l'altra strada sul monte Cofano - la grotta Mangiapane, San Vito lo Capo, Scopello, il baglio di Scopello, Castellamare del Golfo, Marsala, le tonnare, le meravigliose Egadi, raggiungibili con comodo aliscafo dal porto di Trapani, ecc). Da provare tutte le specialità locali (busiate al pesto trapanese e il cous cous, le cassatelle e i cannoli. I bar e le panetterie di Erice (anche loc. Casa santa, dove si trova la casa) e di Trapani, ed ovviamente il forno del baglio di Scopello, a mio avviso, hanno un valore aggiunto rispetto agli altri; li abbiamo assaggiato cose buonissime, mai più eguagliate in altre zone dell'isola visitate la settimana successiva... Ringrazio la famiglia Burdua che ci ha accolti. E' già viva la voglia di ritornare!

Tolle Ferienwohnung und tolle Gastgeber

Wir waren im Mai 2015 für eine Woche in Trapani und sehr dankbar, dass Salvatore uns vom Flughafen abholte und uns direkt mit seinem Auto zur Ferienwohnung brachte, da unser Flieger sehr spät landete. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Salvatore zeigte uns den Weg zum Supermarkt und zu den Bushaltestellen (City und Strand). Wir entschieden uns, ein Auto zu mieten, um unabhängiger zu sein und mehr sehen zu können. Das Parken in der Nähe der Wohnung war kein Problem und kostenlos. Wir danken Salvatore und seiner Frau für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir in der Wohnung mit Wein, Früchten und kalten Getränken begrüßt. Nochmals vielen Dank hierfür. Liebe Grüße Matthias

Soggiorno aorile 2015

Trapani - Frazione Casa Santa Erice a cinque minuti a piedi dalla funivia per Monte Erice. Gentillezza, affabilità dei proprietari. Aeroporto di Trapani, conoscenza di Salvatore. Frutta, vino e dolce preparato con amore da Anna Maria ci aspettavano. Appartamento pulitissimo e confortevole, tranquillità assicurata anche se vicino ad un viale principale dové ci sono trasporti pubblici per Trapani, circa 15 minuti di viaggio.. Senza macchina sarebbe meglio andarci in maggio poiché pullman più frequenti ma con la macchina nessun problema. Comunque buon soggiorno, sopratutto anche perché é stato un piacere conoscere Salvatore e Anna Maria. Mi manca solo la ricetta del dolce di Anna Maria e la sto aspettando. Ciao.. La Dolce vita!

Salvatore et Anna Maria sont des hôtes très accueillants, sympathiques et toujours disponibles. En ce qui concerne l'appartement, il est spacieux, propre, bien équipé, nous avons manqué de rien. Le jardin ainsi que la cuisine d'été ajoute du charme. A noter que l'appartement reste frais même s'il fait très chaud dehors. Très bien situé, on peut aller rapidement faire les excursions de la région. N'hésitez pas à aller passer un séjour chez Salvatore et Anna Maria, vous ne serez pas déçus!!

Séjour très agréable.

Nous sommes arrivés très tard, vers minuit, et Salvatore nous attendait à l'aéroport de Trapani comme prévu. Il nous a conduit à l'appartement où était également présente sa femme Annamaria. Accueil très sympathique, merci à eux deux. Le lendemain, Salvatore nous a croisés en ville, il n'y avait pas de bus pour aller prendre le téléphérique pour Erice : il a gentiment proposé de nous y accompagner. L'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos du site. Il nous manquait juste une cafetière (à la française) et des casseroles, mais le reste était parfait. Important : une place pour garer la voiture de location. Nous recommandons ce logement à ceux qui séjournent quelques jours à Trapani.

Salvatore and AnnaMaria could not have been kinder. The apartment is beautiful and they did everything possible to make our stay pleasurable. Very nice week in Trapani

Vacanze autunnali nella Sicilia occidentaleTrapani

Sì Salvatore, siamo a casa, ce ne siamo accorti subito dalla temperatura 9° contro i 24° di appena l'altro ieri. Che dire . . .non conoscevamo la Sicilia, ma ora è nel nostro cuore, In 10 giorni, con la Panda presa a noleggio, abbiamo percorso 1.132 Km. ed ora la conosciamo appena un pò di più. E' una terra meravigliosa. La scelta della vostra bella casa è stata ottima, sia per la posizione strategica, che per gli ambienti, molto puliti, luminosi, funzionali, spaziosi e per la calda accoglienza che ci avete riservato. Ho ancora in bocca il buon sapore della torta di mele fatta da Anna Maria. Siete due belle persone aperte e disponibili con le quali è facile fare subito amicizia. Ottima anche la scelta del periodo, abbiamo fatto il bagno in mare fino all'ultimo giorno, senza confusione, in una natura e un clima meravigliosi. Torneremo. Un abbraccio a te e tua moglie.
