Very noisy the first night and morning, we were woke up at 5 a.m. by noisy neighbors, the rstrnt has a very limited menu, but overall it was a nice place and staff was friendly

The main floor to check in is on the second floor which was very confusing! We didn’t have a way to get in as we hadn’t checked in yet! Crazy confusing.

The rooms are spacious and have a yoga mat and other basic exercise equipment. The facilities offer fun interactive activities. Staff friendly.

We arrived and were told that our reserved room wasn't cleaned and would not b'e ready for at least another hour and a half. We were offered a "downgraded" room but no compensation for the price difference due to our having booked through Expedia. We were given 2 drink vouchers. The manager on duty walked right past us after advising her desk clerk and didn't even acknowledge us.

Worst service ever. I paid online for the reservation and wasn’t able to use Apple Pay or Venmo for the incidentals; instead requiring only a physical card. This was during an ice storm that had crippled the entire area for days. They then have yet to return my money; almost $300 of it.
