J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son niveau de confort et sa proximité avec mon lieu de travail. Excellent accueil, personnel très à l'écoute et à vos petits soins. Chambre très spacieuse literie de qualité mais aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement.

I liked the pool. Expedia said breakfast was included, but once it was time for breakfast, the hotel staff said my stay does not include breakfast; $25 for two little kids! sheesh.

Relaxing place to stay.

This a great place to stay in the Everett area. Close to everything including the Mukilteo water front and ferry. Their chefs are great all my meals tasted awesome. My only complaint about staying here is the disinfect that they use. I can't handle the smell of Lysol spray. There are other great products they could use that will clean as well and not have the smell of a cleaner.

Beautiful view of Boeing Factory and staff was friendly. We stayed in a newly remodeled room so it was very clean.

Rooms were very run down. Fridge was falling out of the damaged cabinetry. Doors, walls, furniture scuffed, scared, or damaged. Microwave was sparking & had a burned area on inside of the door. Reported this to the front desk. No food available on weekends (not mentioned on website). Otherwise clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The place is currently undergoing a remodel.

As soon as you had reported this on the microwave, we had this switched out the unit. As you had mentioned, we are under a complete Guest room renovation at this time and the items you have brought to our attention with the furniture, door, walls will all be addressed soon when the rooms get brand new furniture/wall papers/carpets and everything is being replaced. We appreciate your patience while we go through the process and look forward seeing you again.
