Very dated. Patched bathroom door from prior damages. Old and depressing. Minimal soundproofing. Listened to someone next door coughing all night. Shady people staying there. I did not feel safe leaving my car parked in their parking lot. No elevator. No wifi.

Our mattress was definitely old and broken. You felt like you would fall off the bed if you laid anywhere near the side. 150 dollar deposit on top of the 130 I had to pay for the room. Tv did not work either

Good basic hotel

Clean basic hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Good location near the I-5 and the Seattle Outlets Mall. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff had good restaurant recommendations for dinner

The breakfast was good it should be from 5am til 10 I woke up at 856 got there at @ did I miss breakfast breakfast huh says closed in 1 minutes took me 10 minutes had to take to room he wanted to lock door had to take ,2 trips went back for my juice he locked I said can I get my juice he sighd and reluntly

I was not able to sleep at all. The bed frame was noisy. Every time I move around, it make a squeaky noise. I'd toss and turn at when I sleep, and with the noisy bed frame. I did not get any sleep and decided to go to another hotel. Front desk agent was not at her office. I waited for awhile for an agent to check-in and did not see her, when I wanted to checkout. I had no patient to wait as I was sleep and tired from not getting any sleep. I stayed there before but in a different room. I think, you should upgrade your bedframe for better sleep, for your guest.

It's been around the block a few times, but was clean, which was my biggest concern! Everything was in good working order. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great with a lot of food choices, and the eating area was spotless. I will stay here every time I am in the area, which will probably be about 6 times per year.
